For over 40 years, individualized attention to our student-athletes’ academic development has been a cornerstone of Carrabassett Valley Academy's mission. The Academic Success Program offers a dedicated space for personalized services and resources that go beyond our regular academic program, enhancing and supporting each student's learning experience. Whether a student needs extra help with study skills, seeks to improve their writing technique, or requires support in a particular subject, ASP offers the tools and guidance to help students achieve their academic goals.

ASP is committed to staying at the forefront of evidence-based practices and current research. Our learning sessions extend beyond traditional instruction, focusing on empowering students to become advocates for their own learning. By developing a deeper understanding of their individual needs, students gain the confidence to recognize and harness their own abilities, setting the foundation for lifelong success.

Sessions are tailored to meet each student’s individual needs, meeting 1-3 times per week during their time at CVA, whether they attend year-round or for a 5 or 7-month term.
